Work has officially started on site on one of our latest residential transformations.

We’ve designed a full-width single-storey rear extension, opening up the back of the house to create a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and day space. Full-height glazed doors will flood the interior with natural light and create a strong visual and physical connection to the garden.

To the side, the rear of the garage has been extended to form a new utility room, helping to keep the main living space calm, practical and clutter-free.

The extension is finished in roughcast render, carefully selected to tie seamlessly into the existing property, ensuring the new works feel considered, cohesive and timeless.

We’re excited to share progress as this project comes to life—stay tuned as we move through the key stages on site.

We’ve secured planning permission for this two-storey side and rear extension, including internal reconfiguration and a striking new porch design.

This project balances traditional character with a modern, clean material palette — featuring flush casement windows, an inset porch, and carefully considered detailing throughout.
