Been quiet on social media always promise myself I'll post more of my work, but life happens and it's been a tough few years losing my mum 5 years ago and now losing my mums little girl/my best friend of 16.5 years my little side kick at work over recent years , I'd like to say thank you for all my amazing customers for welcoming Holly into your homes it's meant alot to both of us.
I still managed to get through the years work which included 3 refurbs a garage conversion a fair few smaller jobs and not forgetting the 1st garden make over,hopefully onwards and upwards in the new year.
Merry Christmas and happy new year to all my customers past and present .

I've not done a repointing job for a while and this had been smeared on with a sharp sand mix before so made a mess of the bricks, will do our best to make it a bit more appealing and water tight.
This job is for priests kitchens and bathrooms thanks to LNA for scaffolding as always

High wycombe's only free Garden make over complete went slightly over the 5k budget so didn't have enough to re build steps wall but made steps safe and upgraded top steps with grey sandstone slabs and traditional render to face, aswell as clearing front and back garden
I think this went quite well and will definitely be doing this again with maybe a few changes so keep liking, sharing and following the page for your chance to be next, E build is just a small company trying to make a big difference in people's perceptions every builder is out to rip you off while also spreading as much love and kindness as possible

Next job on garden make over repair the front steps wanted to just relay new engineering bricks but lbc's underneath had crumbled away so bit more work involved ( just like when I price a job and say I can't be 100% sure how much will need replacing until I start, always a can of worms)

A little porcelain path to replace old concrete slabs and extension to allow for a lovely new pergola, dug out 12inch to allow 4inch type1 mot 4inch concrete base plus 3inch sharp/soft mix and 20mm porcelain most companies don't add the concrete base but porcelain can tend to move on just type 1 mot causing joints to crack over a period of time this reduces the chances of cracking and movement of slabs.

So lately I've been promoting the landscaping side of E build with the garden make over, but we do still do extensions, loft conversions and refurbs.
With Nathan on windows, james with the electrical, Andy with the plumbing, Chris with carpentry and Craig and Spencer with plastering and of course Holly as foreman unfortunately court her sleeping on the job in this video but please forgive her she's 16 now 🤣

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that entered the draw for the garden make over and a big congratulations to chloe who won the draw, she informed me it was for her dad's house who sadly passed away just before Christmas so I think that everyone will agree we have a very deserving winner. Really looking forward to seeing the transformation please keep following the page for updates on possibly the only free garden make over in high Wycombe.
