Process payments, supplier invoice and customer invoice entering for approval.

Reconcile bank accounts and creditors and supplier statements.

Download and file required documents according to prescribed schedules and processes.

Administrative support on accounts.

Assist in the timely preparation of monthly management accounts to trial balance stage.

Maintain high standards of communications with the clients.

Enter, administer, and review systems data, as required.

Ability to maintain filing and archiving systems for client records and routine reports.

Prior experience of processing payroll and vat returns.

Take part in ad-hoc projects and strong general administrative processing
Continually seek out best practice and more efficient ways of working to enhance office and general.

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Ability to use software systems and integration applications.

High level attention to detail and accuracy required.

The key duties of the post are as follows:

Preparation and review of end of year accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies for various countries.

Accounts Payable, Receivable and Financial Administration

Strong knowledge and application of principles across all standard tax heads

Bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, credit control, and the production of monthly management account

Preparation, review and submission of CT, IT, PAYE, VAT Returns and RCT/CIS submissions

Corporate Secretarial Administration duties as needed

Dealing with clients via phone, email

Managing a portfolio of client accounts

Bank transactions, supporting year-end audit

Good organisational skills

Strong background in bookkeeping

Good software system knowledge
