We are an independent design consultancy specialising in architecture, Interior and landscape design. We have track record in providing master planning services as well as project management services. Our projects are influenced by the context they are placed within. We believe strongly that buildings should be connected to the surrounding fabric through the integration of not only the physical

but also the socio-cultural landscape. We believe that the end product should be the result of continuous dialogue and must be based on good research. We strongly believe that our architecture represent a language of our time. We work collaboratively with our clients and engage them through-out the design process. We are constantly leading ourselves and our people through promoting a research and knowledge based culture and excellence in what we do. Our aim is to bring back identity and place making through the cultivation and promotion of the local context and culture formally represented through the buildings we sculpt. As a practice MAS is well placed to meet the demands for building design. Our strength is in our creative approach and our technical expertise to service the needs of our clients. We bring to the table expertise in our area of knowledge based on research and experience. We take pride in our ability to turn our clients projects into reality with a full professional service. We invest in our people to ensure they are equipped with the latest skills and posses a thorough understanding of local and international practice. We work and engage collaboratively with project consultants and we have a track record of delivering Green Building Design in the UK such as BREEAM (excellent), CofSH (level 4) and LEED rating within the Gulf Region. Our IT infrastructure is continuously updated to provide the highest quality and most efficient service to our clients and staff. Our hardware is optimised for architectural work. We operate the latest BIM software, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Windows 7. Our servers run on Microsoft 2013 Business Standards with automatic backup data. Our printing and scanning facilities can process A1 colour printing. And we have in-house video conference facility making global communication fast and efficient.
