For over 20 years, we've been matching volunteers with communities across Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. Our volunteers join local partners for two-week placements, working alongside them on projects the communities have designed.

We have received £1,328.50 to date. It's easy, you just have to remember to set up donation reminders and click through easyfundraising each time you shop. It costs you nothing. You can raise donations when buying groceries, gifts, insurance, fridges and even holidays! Every penny helps. There is also a leaderboard of supporters if you are of a competitive nature!! (I am currently at number 4 🤣)

are hosting a special evensong service celebrating God’s work through Mission Direct over the last 20 years. This service will take place on the evening of Thursday, 17th October at 5pm, and we would love for you to join us.
We will serve some refreshments after the service and you are all very welcome to stay and enjoy some cake and chat.

We are looking for past VOLUNTEERS to consider joining us as Overseas staff.
Mission Direct has a number of amazing opportunities for you to serve on the mission field in 2023 and beyond.
“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” Matthew 9 v 37 & 38
Your role will be of paramount importance to the success of Mission Direct. You will be on the frontline working with those who have travelled to serve. It is an amazing role looking after those who have volunteered to serve.
By serving you are offering something that is sometimes indescribable and undefinable. You are enabling volunteers to:

We are looking for past volunteers to serve in country in the following two self-funded roles;
Country Manager
The Country Manager CM is usually based in the UK but spends significant time overseas leading the overseas staff team and is responsible for the delivery of the campaign day to day and management of the staff in country, reporting to the Regional Manager.
Overseas Staff Member
The Overseas Staff Member is usually based in the UK but spends time overseas helping the Counter Manager to lead teams. The OSM usually commits to serving on a minimum of two consecutive teams, reporting to the Country Manager.

We are committed to training you for all aspects of your role, so that your overseas experience will benefit not only you, but those you lead and serve.
