We’ve finally recovered after such a hard, emotional, but beautiful week. Honestly, we cannot even fully express how tired we were after the show.
Behind So Cosy there isn’t a big team helping us — it’s just the two of us, Vilija & Rimsky. We don’t have people building our stand, designers planning everything, or painters coming to decorate. We do it all ourselves, every single part of it.
It took us 3 full days to build the stand, and weeks of me driving poor wonderful Carl mad while choosing all the right plants and flowers. And for the last 7 years, Rimsky has never really had the chance to celebrate his birthday properly with friends and family, because every year it falls during show setup.
But this time, somehow, I managed to organise one little day off in between everything. We escaped to , relaxed at , and ate the most delicious pastries from . It gave us a little moment to breathe, rest, and celebrate Rimsky’s birthday together.
Then it was back to the show, surrounded by incredible blue blooms and our new collection made especially for the RHS Flower Show. And the best part — we were awarded 5 stars again.
It was exhausting, emotional, exciting… and completely worth it.
