A cold site visit earlier today, high up on the hills above Holmfirth.
A tired old farmhouse currently undergoing the construction phase. The site visit was rewarded with the outstanding views sweeping across the Holme Valley.
From the outset, the setting demanded ambition tempered with sensitivity, especially given the Green Belt location.
Through a carefully planned and strategic approach to the planning process, we successfully secured approval for two large, two-storey extensions and two single storey extensions transforming the property while respecting its rural context. The result is an impressive 92% increase in living space, alongside consent for a detached quadruple garage. Proof that with the right strategy, even the most constrained Green Belt sites can deliver exceptional outcomes.
