Planning approved for this single-storey side extension.

The scheme includes the removal of the existing conservatory and the creation of a new extension designed around exactly what the client wanted from the space.

We modelled the property as existing, developed the proposal from there, and are pleased to have secured planning approval.

This barn conversion has now been handed over, marking a major milestone on a long-running project.

We’ve been involved from the very start, navigating a complex planning process and developing the design through to delivery on site.

The large openings and double-height spaces are doing what they were intended to do, framing views and giving the interior a real sense of scale and drama. A strong, simple palette externally allows the detailing to do the work, particularly around the entrances and principal elevations.

A big credit to everyone involved in getting the project to this stage.
