⭐️ No project too small!

Here we have a very simple project we gained planning permission for earlier in the year. As shown below, the project in question was a brick based greenhouse, that had been constructed recently.

✍️ The clients had asked us to submit a retrospective planning application which we were more than happy to help with. The application process was smooth and straight forward.

Due to the scale of this project, as with others of this type, the drawings and application can be submitted for a very reasonable price with very short turnaround times, and we’re always delighted to take them on and fit them in and around our larger projects.

✅ Planning Permission Gained for Agricultural Extension! 🚜

Here we have a project in North Devon that we were brought into last year. A simple extension to an existing agricultural shed to create more machinery storage space for the farm.

A site visit and quick measure up were undertaken, then moving on to create the existing and proposed planning drawings all within a swift timeframe, and all for a very reasonable price. The drawing pack was then submitted as part of the wider planning application.

⭐️ Side Extension Granted Planning Permission!

Here is a project we gained planning permission for at the end of last year. The project was a side extension with a mono-pitch roof attached to an old end of terrace slate cladded Cornish cottage.

The main objectives for the design were to create a much larger kitchen dinner area with an additional storage room and a large downstairs bathroom, which we managed to achieve shown in the plans below. All this together provides a much more spacious and useable family home to what was existing. The design, whilst simple, blends the old traditional cottage with a contemporary modern extension, exactly what the client had asked for.

The planning process was smooth and headache free, being granted permission without issue.

⭐️ Bungalow extension granted permission!

Here we have a project completed last year for a utility and hallway extension on a bungalow in North Devon.

I completed the measured survey, then created the existing and proposed drawings including site & location plans to create a full planning drawing pack. Great to work with B W Construction Services to help deliver the planning side of their project so they could provide a full start to finish package to their client. Great to also work with D N Planning Services on this one.

A small amount of added space that the bungalow will massively benefit from!

A recent project granted planning permission!

Completed earlier this year, a small ground floor bathroom extension to a terraced house in North Devon.

I completed the measured survey, then created the existing and proposed drawings including site & location plans to create a full planning drawing pack. On this project I worked on behalf of a local builder in the area to help deliver the planning side of their project so the builder could provide a full start to finish package to their client.
