Loved doing this one, a lot of work by myself but very rewarding! Build and Insulated two interior walls with media wall built to customers specifications! Plasterboard, plaster and fit skirting! A keen eye might notice I’d made it easy for plumber and electrician in getting a good fixing on their final fix!

No damp course, no problem! Dig down to 50s foundation removing soil from against property wall, drill into wall and insert damp course rods, fill trench with 20mm stone, render wall and lay slabs back.
