Whitbread's Window Cleaning are expanding! We are looking for an enthusiastic person who loves to give great customer service, get job satisfaction from doing a great job and happy to work outdoors come rain or shine .
What services do we offer as a company?
Our main business is regular Window Cleaning, both residential and commercial.
The role involves Window Cleaning predominately using the water fed pole system, meaning the majority of our work is carried out from the ground.

Conservatory Roof Cleaning
Solar Panel Cleaning
Gutter Cleaning
What skills do you need for this role?
Full UK Drivers License - MINIMUM 2 YEARS AND VAN DRIVING EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Be able to use your initiative to get jobs completed
Good verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of smartphones
Basic maths
You will be required to work alone as well as working as part of a team on bigger jobs.
Ideally have previous experience of window cleaning but not essential as full training will be provided.
What is a usual day like?
We start the first job for 8AM everyday in the winter and summer.
You are provided with a worksheet to work through on a app based system which you tick off as you complete.
You will have a mixture of jobs on your sheet but the bulk of your tasks will be regular maintenance Window Cleaning.
Once the work is completed, return back to base complete end of day tasks (filling of stock, cleaning of van and cashing up). We usually finish between 4pm- 5pm in the summer and 4.00pm-4.30pm in the winter.
With the nature of our business, these hours are a guide and start times can be earlier on some occasions and finish times later dependent on workloads and times of year so you must be flexible.
Pay
£ 18,000-25,000 dependent on experience PA salary to start.
20 Days paid holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays.
SSP Provided
On successful completion of your 6 month probationary period you will offered the opportunity to work on a percentage basis of your work which will allow you to earn £28-£34K+ PA, the harder you work the more you will earn.
The other members of the team are paid on this basis and easily achieve these figures.
Once you have passed your probationary period you will be provided with your own van.
