Manhole repositioning to the outside of the building.

Double coat of HP12 Base Coat, reinforcement mesh. All finished with silicone K-Rend.

Complete bathroom installation starting from scratch. Strip out of everything up to the blocks. Removal of exterior door and windows, partition wall, ceiling and old concrete floor. Floor insulating and installation of underfloor heating. New drainage, plumbing and electric. Sky light window installation.
