From Architect drawings to full completion, this semi detached house in Collier row we maximised by adding a walk in wardrobe and 1 master bedroom with a luxury en-suite. Step in to luxury with our Romford loft conversion.

We maximised this loft to gain 2 double bedrooms with a master bathroom. Creating elegance and class using a 900x1600 glass panel to let natural light in to the landing area to give it a lovely open feel .

We added a led niche to the shower area to give it that extra finishing touch with finishing the loft with black metal spindles to match the matte black handles and appliances.

This was an existing loft we demolished and started again for a lovely customer, he had the eye for something different and we worked together to Create something that suited him and he was 1000% happy .

Update week 4 on our loft conversion in billericay. outside complete ready for to strike and put up on our new loft in hockley.

This was an existing loft that we completely dismantled and built a new loft from scratch the customer is over the moon. From 1 small room to a large master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bathroom with our LED touch ( Pictures to follow ) This loft will be completed in the next week ready for the customer to move in .

Loft we just completed in Southend .

The n this project we completely removed the roof of this detached property and created a new roof line and built a complete new structure to make a maxed out loft conversion with 1 master bedroom luxury en-suite with wall in wardrobe and office space . The client was over the moon with the space we managed to create in this space to give the customer’s maximum space with also adding great value to there home .

This is 3 weeks in and scaffolding has come down today .

Inside is fully insulated boarded and plastered with stairs fitted
