Day 2 of our refurbishment project over in Hornsea and the place is moving at some pace 👌
“Today was all about coordination and keeping production flowing smoothly. We had multiple trades in at allocated times throughout the day to keep everything running efficiently.”
✅ Kitchen ceiling ripped down
✅ Electricians in on first fix
✅ Plasterer preparing and skimming walls
✅ Joiner upstairs lowering bedroom ceilings
✅ Bedroom ceilings boarded
✅ First fix pipework completed
✅ Kitchen radiator relocated
Kitchens are now ordered and due for delivery Monday 🤞 Hopefully the plaster dries out enough over the weekend so we can get a white wash on in preparation.
Tomorrow’s plan is to get the kitchen ceiling insulated, overboarded and fully prepped for skimming ready for the kitchen install next week.
Finished downstairs skimming and start master bedroom.
