Worcester 2000 combi installed in the loft, HIVE Smart Heating controls & 6 new Radiators with Thermostatic valves for a customer in Lancing 👌

A new boiler for a customer in Maidenbower, Crawley.
This old Baxi Solo still had a pilot light! Meaning it was burning gas 24/7, 365 days a year.
A shiney new A rated Worcester 24Ri installed, along side a Worcester system filter and a full system powerflush means this customer has an 8 year parts and labour warranty to go with their reduced gas bills (Between 20-30% less per year, according to SEDBUK)

This poorly gas fire didn't fare too well on its service.
It hadn't been serviced 'for many years' and on inspection, it had started melting its own metalwork and had fractured the sealing glass.
Sadly, due to its age, the parts were obsolete and it was made safe for the customer❌️

The new Vaillant Ecotec system boiler fitted for a customer in Colgate.
This really is a premium boiler, it converted itself to LPG with the press of a button! An incredible feature for a boiler nerd like myself🤯🤓.
The old Ideal mini was located in the utility room, so this one required moving into the garage to free up some valuable space for the customer.

A brickwork repair and some repointing carried out for a customer in Maidenbower, Crawley.
The previous owner had planted some conifers that outgrew the raised bed and caused the brickwork to burst💥
I stripped back all the blown brickwork, salvaging as many bricks as possible, and rebuilt the raised bed. A full re-pointing and some re-bedding of a few of the bricks on the steps and it's back to being a safe raised flower bed and step down to the lawn 😊

July was a fantastic month! Working along side a friend from Resource at Work Ltd we got the privilege of building a local brewery! 🍺

This project will live with me for a long time, it was incredible and great fun to do, a true community effort from the owners, their friends and families (and a few of the regulars) to help get it completed.

A massive shout out to all the guys behind the bar who helped as my labourers. You were brilliant! I hope you all ached as much as I did at the end of each day 😅

Finally, if you enjoy amazing local beers, get yourselves down here!

New skirting boards and door frames fitted and painted, walls and ceilings re-painted plus a couple of new radiators to finish it off.

You'll have to take my word for it, but it looks a million times better than before 😅

*No credit taken for the engineered oak flooring as this was done by a local flooring company.
