On this job 🏠, the customer had recently bought the property and discovered that her ridge tiles were loose 😬. After inspecting 🔍, we found the mortar was in poor condition ⚠️. We stripped everything back and re-bedded the ridges using a 4:1 sand and cement mix 🧱, ready to last a lifetime again ✅💪.”

Customer called us saying they had a leak in there washing outhouse, so we replace the damage board of osb and finished of with a two layer
system of torch on felt = one very happy customer

This customer got in contact regarding a leak in the loft from a previous person before, so we removed all mortar from the gable-end replaced a breathable felt from the ridge line down to the gutter, we then replaced the Undercloak boards with a fresh new 3-1 sand and cement mix

Today job customer was having a small leak coming through the lead work joining from his existing roof.

So we come in to help firstly cleaning & drying the deck then prime lid with bitumen & then come back today to finish of the top coat.

One happy customer.
