Another patio transformation completed in Southwater ✔️
We removed the existing, worn patio and extended the area to create a bigger outdoor space. The ground was fully excavated and prepared with a new solid sub-base, along with drainage channels installed to ensure proper water runoff and long-term durability.
Finished with 600x900 Nordic Mid Grey porcelain slabs, all primed and laid on a full bed of mortar, and completed with a stylish sleeper edge to frame the space perfectly.

Project completed by oaklands in horsham!

Full transformation completed on this property with a brand new driveway, side pathway, and patio area. The existing worn block paving was fully removed and replaced with a high-quality Aspen resin bound surface, giving a smooth, modern, and fully permeable finish.
Finished with a charcoal block edging to create a sharp contrast and define the areas beautifully.
We also rebuilt a previously dangerous and damaged brick wall, restoring safety while matching the overall look of the property.
