Are you looking for your next challenge? Then join a well-established leading Door Entry and Access Control Security Specialist Company based in Hounslow.
You will be responsible for the service and installation of Intercoms, Access Control and CCTV System (IP & Analogue).
Working within a team of 20 engineers, providing first class service to their customers based throughout London and home counties.
You will be provided with a company van with van stock, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, Health and Safety Training, ECS Card, in-house training and manufacture training on products.
Responsibilities:
Attend reactive repairs to Access Control, CCTV & Entry Systems
Installation of Entry Systems: i.e. Door entry & Access Control / CCTV
Fault Finding on site & resolving issues in a timely manner
Emergency Response Call outs (current rota approx.1 week every 2/3 months)
Equipment preparation for installation
Managing own van stock levels
Completing Service Sheets with relevant information in a formal, concise manner.
Undertaking of supplier training courses & H&S Test for ECS Card
Participating in monthly meetings at the office in Hounslow
Skills & Experience:
Methodical approach to troubleshooting faults
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Can do think outside of the box attitude
Plan and manage installations
Manage time spent onsite
Experience both on installation and servicing levels of Access Control, Intercoms and CCTV Systems. Knowledge of common problems to assist in fault finding
A Full UK Driving License
Ability to report effectively and clearly to the office
Able to provide training to customers and colleagues
Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines
Benefits:
Permanent / Full Time Position
Salary £31,000 - £36,000
Working hours Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00
