This is 18 years old patient who wanted to improve his smile. This case went through orto, implants (34,44), zirconia bridges (12-22 & 33-43, 34,44) and on the end some composite bondings (13,14,15,23,24,25)… Interdisciplinary work is the key. Orto - Doc. Full contour implant crown on individual abutment right after placement. Full contour isn’t easier, the correct selection of the blank material and final glaze and touch is crucial. It is not perfect, it never will as we simply can’t compete with nature but I am happy - crown made over the pictures with no lab visit (and for once without color adjustments). 🙏😊

Replacing old failing bridge with new one. 13-23 full contour zirconia made with Aidite 3DPro zir. Love this material it blends seamlessly. Thank you Dr Siegelova and Stomma Clinic for lovely case.

Full anatomic Allon6 zirconia bridge on titanium bar - Prime zirconia & Miyo. This is a remake of old broken bridge, implants position is not ideal. Sadly there wasn’t any option for angled screw channel or MUA. Sometimes it is what is, everyday work. Big thanks to Dr V. Micka and Martin Holecek

Changing the old composite on autotransplanted tooth - originally 25. I made full anatomical zirconia crown (not much space and quite yellow stump). This may seem like easy job, but it is not - you must control shape, color and natural appearance. Thanks to Dr A. Sirgelova, Dr I. Marek 😊
