We are delighted to welcome back GenErika, who will be providing fabulous musical entertainment for our residents, staff and families if they wish to join us.

Pride is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and the uniqueness of every individual. We encourage all staff to wear bright colours and rainbow-themed outfits to help make the day extra special.

Another wonderful Friday afternoon armchair yoga session today! ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

As always, our residents enjoyed a gentle workout, stretching, relaxing, and sharing plenty of smiles along the way. These sessions are a great way to promote wellbeing, mobility, and a sense of calm to round off the week.

A lovely afternoon spent at Tong Garden Centre. Although the weather wasnโ€™t the best, it certainly didnโ€™t dampen our spirits.

We spent time exploring the beautiful displays, plants, and gifts throughout the garden centre, and afterwards enjoyed delicious cakes and warming hot drinks, which were a real treat. ๐Ÿ˜‹โ˜•๏ธ
