Our latest re-roof.
Set off with the intention of replacing all the slate as we presumed it would be unusable again due to the spray foam.
Fortunately we could salvage a good amount and re-roof with reclaimed.
Spray foam can make it impossible for a mortgage with limited lenders lending with it present.
Slow hard job to get it out but we managed.
We replaced with 50mm insulation boards.
New dry verge and iconic dry fix ridges.
Backed by an insurance backed 10 year guarantee.

Spray foam. The RST boys love it NOT!!! Luckily we knew it was present before we commenced.
The tonne sacks were just from 1 side of the roof.
Most mortgage companies won’t issue a mortgage if the property has it. So check before you buy.
