That’s what I call customer service.
Must be about 15 years since Barry organised the fitting of our Kitchen. It was a super job. However on Sunday 26th October 2025 I broke a handle on the dishwasher. On Monday 27th October I rang Denby Kitchens and Cathy answered. I was remembered and she said no problem we have your paper work I’ll get it sorted. Friday 31st October I received a call from Cathy to say she had the handle and the joiner would be in touch to fit it. Monday 3rd November the joiner rang and on Tuesday 4th November he fitted the handle.
Nine days from start to finish fantastic!!!

One to brighten up your day - a classic colour fusion with large format and hexagon terracotta tiles wall & floor accenting whites, greens, blacks, yellows, reds, blues and to temper that we have a light oak horizontal grain basin unit, topped with Sparkling Granita Corian reveals & niche's - the basin is a new addition to Roca by designer Ruy Ohtake. As a company we are blessed with first class installers enabling us design and supply rooms like this, the attention to detail is next level. WECOME to our brand new Burlington Guild Display. Guild is an exclusive traditional style remodelled for todays market. This is Carlyle Green featuring Gold traditional taps and accessories. The bath is the 1500mm double ended Windsor with traditional feet. The splashback is Dekton Triulium, the flooring is Herringbone Salvaged Barnwood from Karndean and the towel warmer is Chime from Zehnder.

Transformation Heaven. This originally was an unremarkable old fashioned kitchen in desperate need of a renovation. Now, at one end the room is a small extension for the utility room and space for a downstairs toilet, at the other end are large opening bi-fold doors onto a decked outside space. A well crafted design using the latest appliances, as well as a practical kitchen there is now the comfort for dining and entertaining. Lighting was not forgotten and we added a number of options to create different moods as well as a funky party mood. Shout out to Photography for another great shoot.

We just had to share this recent installation in Barnsley with you, this project took over 12 months to complete and came with many challenges. From the creation of a downstairs toilet from an under stairs electric cupboard, to knocking through the old kitchen Diner and blocking up the existing lounge access. The inclusion of a pocket door allowed the new Karndean flooring to run seamlessly through all spaces. Part of the initial client brief was to create a light airy space, with a modern/industrial feel hence the exposed steel beam, rustic wood flooring and brick slip wall. For this project to be a success every stage had to happen in order and everyone had to play their part from the builder to the floor finisher to the decorator. A massive thanks to the team; Andy & Tom Lyman (builders) Phil Littlewood (Plumber) John Buckingham (Gas Safe Plumber) Andrew & Greg of Leake Joinery, Lee & Jordan of Pape Electrical, Oli Cooper of OJC Plastering and Mitch Lavin of MRL Floorworks. All in All a great success and a very happy customer!
