Today marks 35 years since we embarked on our first project: designing and constructing a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) warehouse floor in the UK. What began as the Concrete Grinding Group, led by our Managing Director Kevin Dare, has since evolved into the global phenomenon known as the CoGri Group.

We recently had the pleasure of carrying out floor remediation works for our client who operates a busy rail maintenance depot.

Our client uses large Lifting Jacks as part of their maintenance operations but discovered that the concrete pads where the ‘Jacks’ sit were no longer level and flat, creating a safety concern. Working alongside Face Consultants, we measured against the very demanding floor tolerance, analysed the results whilst on site, and put a remediation plan into action.

Our skill, experience and understanding of tight floor tolerances, coupled with the teamwork fostered over years of working with Face Consultants, enabled us to correct the issues in a very short time, reducing the impact on our client's planned maintenance schedule.
