Established in 1994, Ben Stirling is the Owner and Managing Director of Landscape Creations. Ben has 25 years’ experience in landscape gardening, holds a National Diploma in Horticulture and was trained in 3 National Trust gardens. A little piece of the seaside, right here in Huddersfield. 🌊⚓

We created this coastal-inspired garden last summer, and it's fantastic to see how much the planting has established and filled out over the past year. The customer has also added some wonderful seaside touches, including lobster nets and coastal-themed features, helping to bring back memories of days spent by the sea every time they step outside.

It's always a pleasure to revisit a project and see how a garden has grown into a space that reflects the owner's personality and lifestyle.

✨ We absolutely loved bringing this garden to life! 🌿

The combination of elegant stonework and soft cottage garden planting creates such a beautiful contrast, with colour and texture around every corner. Hidden seating areas tucked amongst the flowers make the perfect little spots to sit back, relax, and enjoy the surroundings in peace.

It’s one of those gardens that changes as you walk through it… every path leading you to another lovely view.

This weekend, Ben opened up his garden to the public as part of the National Garden Scheme... and what a fantastic day it was! 🌿

Despite the rain pouring down just before opening… and again just after closing… the weather stayed dry while the garden was open for visitors ☀️

We welcomed an amazing 168 visitors throughout the day and raised approximately £1,500 for wonderful charities including Dementia UK and The Hospice. Thank you to everyone who came along, donated, and supported such important causes.

It was also lovely to catch up with some of our existing customers and meet potential new ones too. Events like this remind us how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive community.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success! 🌸
