Planning has now been approved for our 9-apartment scheme in Honley.
The proposal will transform the former Coach and Horses Inn on Eastgate into a collection of spacious one and two-bedroom apartments, combining contemporary living with the restoration of a historic building within the Honley Conservation Area.
Retaining the original frontage, the scheme introduces a new rear extension in natural stone and zinc cladding, connected by a modern glass link to distinguish old from new. The redevelopment will bring a long-vacant building back into beneficial use while delivering much-needed new homes for the area.
