Feeling blessed by the loveliest of walks with Nola this week. This woodland is just on our doorstep and the bluebells 🪻are out in all their glory 🙌🏼.

Any who knows me, knows what an advocate I am for the outdoors (an ironic statement as an Interior Designer 🤣). It’s such soup for the soul to get into nature and be fully present - I find it to be the most brilliant balancer against a busy schedule.

As a side note isn’t Nola the most photogenic golden retriever - perfect poser!

Happy Friday one and all! ✨

I wanted to share the Initial Design Aesthetic Boards we’ve recently been working on, for the redesign of two children’s bedrooms at our Abingdon project.

These boards are where ideas take shape and they provide the early foundations of a design. Capturing the feeling, tone and design direction of a project, they are a considered visual narrative that brings your brief to life and ensures we are aligned together from the very beginning.

From here, we gather your feedback and carefully refine, edit and elevate each element, fine tuning every detail to create a scheme that feels cohesive, personal and timeless.

Our process is intentionally collaborative. We work closely with you at every stage, listening, evolving and shaping the design together so the final result reflects you, your lifestyle and individuality.

We know exceptional interiors are never accidental, they are thoughtfully developed, layer by layer.

To find out more about how we work alongside you to design your home, why not send us a DM, or email [email protected].

Time to say the biggest of THANK YOU’S!

✨Yesterday we reached a milestone - 1000 followers here on Instagram!!✨This feels like a huge achievement for which began almost 3 years ago to the day!

A dream I carried to sow a design seed, has grown into something I’m really proud of and without sounding too corny the journey has been a brilliant one!

I feel humbled and hugely supported by our following and community here and I’m so grateful that the design work we are producing is inspiring and enhancing the lives of those around us so thank you all again 🥰🙌🏼

A look back at a hall, stairs and landing redesign that we completed. Our clients wanted to refresh the space, whilst leaning into a classic country feel for their home located in a rural West Berkshire village.

We wrapped the entire space in a gorgeously whimsical paper and added panelling detail below for character and contrast. ‘Card Room Green’ by provided the perfect green to make a feature of the woodwork.

Our clients had lots of books, previously stored on free standing book cases, which were blocking the doors to the eaves storage on the landing, making it redundant.

To solve this, we designed hidden doors in the form of hinged built in bookcases. These were made to house all the books beautifully and then swing open to allow access to the storage behind. We even built a sweet window nook bench seat and added wall lighting - the perfect spot to read and admire the view out over the rolling countryside.

Boot rooms are often one of the hardest working spaces in a country home, especially during mud season!

Thoughtful layouts, tailored storage and carefully chosen materials all play a quiet but vital role in keeping the rest of the house calm, clean and organised. From wet boots and muddy paws to everyday comings and goings, these spaces need to perform effortlessly, without ever feeling purely functional.

It’s where practical design meets longevity, and where considered details make everyday life that little bit easier.

If you’re considering rethinking a hard working space in your home, we’d love to help you explore what’s possible.

On this chilly January day I thought I’d share these bright and breezy images of a past project of ours in the Hampshire village of Whitchurch.

A petite kitchen and hallway which we designed for our lovely client who has recently relocated from a larger family home on the Isle of Wight.

The brief was to recreate some of the details in her previous home which she sorely missed whilst turning a dark heavy space into something joyful!

We choose a calm backdrop on all the cabinetry and joinery using ‘Dimity’ by and layered antique brass hardware and fittings. Open shelving in the kitchen added a focal point and place for displaying our clients collection of unique pieces. The black stork wall lights were a bold choice but added an industrial contrast alongside a stainless steel range oven.

An almost complete master ensuite at our Mortimer project (just a few finishing touches to go!). ❤️.

We are delighted with how this space has turned out (always amazing when a vision becomes a clear reality!!).

From the beautiful chequered tiles, unlaquered brass fittings, panelled walls and joinery details, layered soft lighting and of course the gorgeous vanity painted in a Eating Room Red.

Our bathrooms are designed with not only functionality in mind, but to create something a little less off the shelf looking. We pride ourselves in drawing together the perfect marriage of materials, colour and craftsmanship handpicked from a wealth of brilliant suppliers.
