Before and after pictures of my last work- an en suite glow up! All of the work from tiling to plumbing was done by me. So satisfying to see it all finished! Making the shower wider does so much to the whole space!

Just finished nice new Howdens kitchen. New tiles, fresh paint, new sockets and new plumbing, as should for fresh new kitchen.

While there are many brands of kitchens I would undertake of fitting, i would most definitely recommend Howdens kitchens. While they are bit more pricey, after working with few of their Kitchens, i can assure the quality is worth it. Starting as with such small thing as thick back panel, and ending with high quality doors, that will last way longer then your average brand units. You can browse freely on their kitchens. Also possible to see in person their options in Huntingdon.

As I undertake both - major and smaller work, here are some rough guidelines for pricing:

Any small works (setting up a flatpack wardrobe, cabinet, bed, hanging stuff on walls, patching up some holes etc) - 25£ p/h or 160£ if it is a full day.

Fitting lights - 10£ per basic light or 20£ per standard chandelier. If need to install new cables, prices may vary.

Replacing sockets or switches - 10£ per unit.

Fully redecorate interior a house - from 1000£ per floor (depending if just painting or also fitting new carpets, vinyl, laminate, tiles)

Installing reclaimed kitchen unit - from 500£

New kitchen unit - starting 1000£

Outside canopy - from 500£

Another nice project. Nice proper hardwood stairs. Looks nice and clean, and as hardwood, it will last for a long time.

So far the largest project I had. 4 bedroom house, fully redecorated, new floors (laminate in hallway, vynil tiles in bathroom and ensuites, carpets in bedrooms), stairs fitted with floor boards and varnished, new spotlights in rooms and all sockets and switches changed from basic ones to chrome. Also few custom units, to make best out of rooms without loosing much space. A challenging project, but so satisfying once was completed.

One of last years biggest projects. 2 floors to change carpet to laminate, carpeted stairs changed to wood ones. One wardrobe was reduced in size to fit in room, other wardrobe is completely custom made, to accommodate the room in best way possible while still having a lot of space in it.

Some tiling work for hallway and toilet, the visual changes drastically and place looks like new.

Full en-suite refurbishment, dropped ceiling a bit lower, installed nice built in lights to make en-suite look more comfortable and nicer.
