A bit of a different one through planning this week where we've obtained planning permission for a balcony to the rear of a coach house style property. The clients have no external space based on the nature of the property style and wanted a new external space by building above their existing parking space.

Through the utilisation of obscured glazing for balustrading of varying heights to minimise the impact of overlooking and matching colours of finishes to existing property features saw this scheme granted and make a huge difference to our clients way of living.

Happy New Year everyone, we've had lots going on and we've been keeping very busy. This is a project that got planning last year whereby the client had used company previously and had a couple of failed attempts at planning. However, with some lateral thinking and understanding the clients needs we were able to come up with a design that was approved by planning.

We've had some steels go in this week at our scheme in Nottingham. Opening up this property has made a huge difference to how the clients wanted to use the space and the amount of light coming into the space.

Always good to see our projects coming together, the contractor has almost completed the garage/workshop which is having final fix before the doors are fitted.

Adjacent to that is the orangery style extension where the steels are going in for the lantern and the huge picture window really shows it's prominence. This is going to be an amazing addition to the clients home.
