A bit of a different one through planning this week where we've obtained planning permission for a balcony to the rear of a coach house style property. The clients have no external space based on the nature of the property style and wanted a new external space by building above their existing parking space.
Through the utilisation of obscured glazing for balustrading of varying heights to minimise the impact of overlooking and matching colours of finishes to existing property features saw this scheme granted and make a huge difference to our clients way of living.
