We’re looking for someone part time ad-hoc to support our thriving gardening business during the busy season

Looking for a Gardening Labourer to join our Team for the Spring/Summer and Autumn.

Requirements are:

- Drive and own a Van or large car that you’d be willing to load tools into everyday.

- If you don’t drive then you will need to be able to be dropped off and picked up everyday from our storage container site.

- Have a hard working attitude, be polite, friendly and easy to get along with.

- Be competent with using technology as we use an online app to communicate progress on site at all jobs.

- Be able to use your initiative and have the ability to think on your feet.

- Have an interest in all aspects gardening from plant names, to w**d removal, to the right time of year to prune shrubs and many other things.

- Be able to go the extra mile in order to get the job done correctly and satisfy our growing clientbase.

- Be happy to take instruction and learn new things.

- Have high standards and an eye for detail.

- Be happy to do long hours and physical work.

Gardening is an incredibly rewarding job. And you’ll be getting the chance to work a highly regarded and establish gardening company with the opportunity for further employment and training/cpd.

Looking for a Labourer for the summer season starting off with a few days and probably after that going to 5 days a week from about mid April to November.

Having previous gardening experience, a van and business insurance is ideal but no essential. Need someone hard working, speaks English and good communication skills.
