I had to take up this old floor as it had started to give way in places. A lot of the joints were not sat on a joist so over a period of time the joints had started to weaken, which resulted in thinking you were going to fall through it at any point! Replaced with 8x2 treated T&G flooring sheets, and replaced the joist that was split and broken

Out with the old and in with the new. I ripped down the old summer house which was rotten in some places and then constructed a new more usable summerhouse and shed. Fully insulated, floors, walls and roof. Pvc double doors to the front and a pvc window to the side. Ply lined the walls on the inside.

My client had asked me to fence of this area. This is where their dogs come out and play in the run. Everything someone walks down the bridal way the dogs go insane. I cladded an existing fence to stop the dogs from being able to see anyone. It was all done with treated 4x1 T&G cladding.

These are 3 areas that my client wanted composite decking. We put lots of posts on the large decked area as the client my put a hot tub on it at a later date.
The decks are sat on 4x4 treated posts and then a 6x2 frame. We had to battle with the weather on this job as we got snow on the 3rd day, although this didnt really stop us. With the leftover materials we built 4 planters.
