All finished, we do offer the decoration aswell but the customer is doing this one and also we offer the skirting door arcs and fitting of the doors but the customer is also doing these aswell.

We also offer flooring whether it's carpet or laminate aswell.

Looking forward to seeing it fully complete, I'm sure the customer will send pics over.

This was another decent job we did, lots of chases bonded and Plastered, cracks on ceilings scrimmed and Plastered

New log burner fitted so that was nicely prepped and Plastered which looks amazing now and a couple of walls that once the paper had been removed, reveald some shocking old patchwork so I prepped them up and gave them a good coat of plaster.

Place looked tons better and hopefully they have got it painted up and moved in now.

One of the other smaller jobs from last week

I had to plaster a wall that had lots of patches done badly before it was painted that looked a mess, all lumpy bumpy, now it looks mint even when the sun's on it, and plaster a small media wall along with the 2 sides where wires had been chased in.

Wood paneling is now going on the back of the TV wall and on the bottom of the cupboards.

Another Job ticked off the list.

Sorry not posted in a while, us at Skim Kings have been very busy, non stop plastering and Rendering.

We have been on site for the last couple of months and whilst they get up to having more ready for the team to plaster I have jumped of site and started going through my smaller jobs that I had booked in, this being one of them.

Artex ceiling scrapped back and plasterers grit was applied, a much better product to use on artex I've found out rather than pva.

A wall with settlement cracks from an extention done on the floor below (the wall was solid other wise I would of taken it back to brick) cracks tapped goid couple coats of pva.

Electrician had been in before hand and chased new wires but instead of sinking the wires into the joists he wanted an easy job and surface mounted so I had to sink them before putting plaster board in scrimmed and a tad of bonding to prevent further cracks, goid coat of pva and jobs a good one.

I must say washable paint or shiny vinyl paint is an absalute joke to plaster over as it doesn't allow the wall to breath which pushes air bubbles to the surface of your plaster causing tiny bubbles, this for a newbie would be the end of the world but having felt with this over the years I know once I've given it a good brush and a few shakes of my magic trowel it will be absalue bang on like it was.

Whilst the weather has been nice 👌 I got round to finishing the job off.

Thus is silicone render 1.5mm in pure white.

The old render was knocked off as it was old and blown, and replaced with the best render on the market.

All in a very hot 🔥 days work.

Full prep and skim out of a new garden rooms (darts and gym rooms)

Very hot and sweaty and up against it, we got it all done.

Top of the shop silicone render in 1.5mm

This thincoat system has got to be one of the best render systems on the market.

Any colour apart from yellow haha
