A Chelsea Spotlight on the Eden Project Garden.
Inspired by the coastal landscapes of Morecambe Bay, this planting palette combines structural pines, flowing grasses and salt tolerant species to create a space full of movement, texture, and coastal character. The geometric wall in the background is made up of muscle shells and is carefully pieced together. It will be moved to Morecambe bay ahead of the Eden project and act as a community hub and living classroom.

These are some of our favourites for creating colour that carries through the seasons:

🌸 Hellebores — January to March
The first real flowers of the year, bringing colour through the coldest months.

🌸 Magnolia — March
A true statement plant. Huge blooms on bare branches create unforgettable early spring colour.

🌼 Erigeron karvinskianus — April to August
Soft clouds of flowers that seem to bloom endlessly through spring and summer.

🌸 Echinacea — May to late August
Strong architectural flowers that carry the garden through high summer.

🌼 Rudbeckia — July to September
Golden late-summer colour that glows as the season begins to soften.

🌸 Anemone ‘September Charm’ — August to October
Elegant flowers that extend colour beautifully into autumn.
