Job completed this week, after a leak in the bathroom which damage downstairs the ceiling and floor it all had to be removed as it was asbestos (removed by the insurance company). We then insulated the ceiling and re boarded it with fire rated plaster board whuch was skimmed by Jamie Larvin. Built a new cupboard that housed the boiler and laid a new grey LVT flooring that runs throughout the ground floor.

Part 2 to follow a new bathroom suit.
