This property had been stood empty for over 20yrs 😮

It's fair to say that this place was looking sorry for itself when we arrived! The customer had recently purchased it to fully renovate inside and out with an intention to add it to part of their rental portfolio .

We were instructed to bring it back to life with a full silicone render system and as you can see the results look great 👀 🔥

LOVE THIS!

So this is one we completed just before Christmas for a local builder. The customer chose Ecorends MR1 Monocouche Earth Taupe.
We'd not used this colour before and were intrigued to see the outcome. As you can see the results have not disappointed!

Recently completed one of the last jobs this year.

The customer complained of cold external walls in the bedrooms through the winter months so decided to have an EWI (external wall insulation) render system installed.

This system was installed using 75mm insulation boards with a silicone textured finish ,new window sills extended and fitted also.
