Another job polished off today for a lovely couple on the willows.
Luxury vinyl flooring in herringbone.
The old tiles were levelled over with rapid set latex levelling compound ensuring a level and smooth subfloor.
Glue-down luxury vinyl flooring (LVT) was installed by adhering it to the prepared subfloor using adhesive. This method provides a durable, stable, and waterproof floor, suitable for high-traffic areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
All ready to be decorated and a new kitchen to be fitted.

Here are a few jobs my brother and I have done over the years, most of these are at footballers houses in cheshire aswell as the super rich around the uk... that was before we both had kids 🤔
Obviously we no longer work away, though with still having contacts in the industry we are able to offer these large format porcelain tiles at an amazing price, (1/5th apparently 😜)...which makes these tiles extremely competitive in the current market, a no brainer really..
2400x1200 (8ft x4ft) porcelain tiles, 2.88m^2 per tile, with mitred and wrapped corners, resin filled, proper 👌

What a week its been for our two man and one woman team, old kitchen out including wall tiles, floor levelled, tiled in slate effect porcelain 750x350's, new flat pack kitchen built and fitted, plumbing and electrics adapted and renewed where necessary to suit new intergrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, tiled splashback with white metros on both sides of the new kitchen.

A little job over the last couple of days for the latest customer in Kirmington village .
The request was to tile the wall at the front door,
The tile chosen was Topps Tiles - Staunton 3D.
Kerakoll H40 adhesive
Grouted using BAL Tiling and sealed up around the door with their Silicone.
This was a very expensive emery board for the dogs 🤣 but the finished result is just what we all wanted, top quality from the team as usual,

Quickstep laminate flooring to entrance hall flowing through to living room all completed in a day. All furniture moved, skirtings off, underlay laid and then the quickstep flooring.
Skirtings back on and furniture put back where it was, for a wonderful lady (english tutor & professional dog trainer) that has recently moved to the area.
If anyone needs any quickstep doing, or any brushing up before exams or maybe your dogs a pain in the arse and wont stop barking 🐶 feel free to contact us and we will put you in touch 😊👌
