Today we installed a new system for a customer moving into their new home. This will keep their mind at peace whilst protecting their belongings if they are away from their home.

Call out to a flat battery!

Customer alarm was continuously beeping for weeks which they ignored and eventually their system wouldn’t work.

Opened up the control panel to find a 9year old battery inside.

We test our batteries in our yearly maintenance and recommend to change every 3 years to avoid problems like today 👍🏻

Intruder alarm call out in Dagenham!

Customers alarm went into alarm and the customer couldn’t silence. When we arrived we asked a few question about the past maintenance of the alarm and it hadn’t been. Open the panel and the back up battery had failed and not been changed for 10+ years.

Battery changed, maintenance performed and the system is back to performing and protecting the customers house.

Camera upgrade in Dagenham!

Customer contacted me asking to upgrade their camera as they wanted better quality and to be able to zoom in and out.
We installed a hikvision varivocal which allows the customer to zoom in and out at a touch of a button from their phone.

Intruder Alarm callout in ingatestone!

Customer needed us to remove their door sensor as they are replacing their door for a new one. We were in hand to remove the contact from the door and reprogram the alarm so they can still use it whilst a new door is installed. We will be returning to supply and fit a new contact when the new door is installed.

CCTV maintenance in ingatestone!

As seen in the pictures. in over a year of the installation the cameras have become dirty and gathered cobwebs/debris. This is one of the main reasons we offer cctv maintenance as this can cause obstruction to the view of the camera, this mainly effect the night image as the infrared lights reflect off cobwebs/debris and distorts the image.
We cleaned all the cameras, checked/maintained the DVR and all images were performing and displaying the best picture available.

Out of hours call out last night in Fryerning last night!

Customer had a power cut from 12pm yesterday until 1pm today due to the strong winds.
Their alarm started sounding last night due to the back up battery starting to drain away and signal a low battery on their system which they couldn’t stop the sounders from ringing. We arrived within 30minutes of the initial call.

We disconnected the alarm which stopped the system from going into alarm and told the customer to call back when the power had be reinstated. We returned today with a new panel battery and cleared all faults to leave the customer satisfied and at ease that we was only a phone call away to sort the problem.
