We can fabricate, supply and erect the SIPs superstructure to “Shell stage” often working in conjunction with clients own architects or designers if required. We can also carry out a full design / build package for the whole project (in conjunction with our associated architectural practice) We can also offer a full build service for suitable buildings. Hope everyone enjoyed some sunshine at the weekend.

Here are some photos of one of our fully insulated 100mm (4 inch) SIPs garages under construction on the Black Isle.
This is a mono-pitch design. The doors are temporary during the adjacent house build.
Also showing the fully insulated site WC!
The roof structure is doubled trusses holding up 100mm SIPs panels.
The exterior will be clad in timber to match the house and the interior will probably be painted white.
Fast construction and pretty much the same price as a standard uninsulated garage.
Also great for man-sheds, studios cabins etc.

Although we have been quiet on here we have been super busy behind the scenes with lots of projects going on.

Here are some fairly recent shots of our own “in-house” build project on the Black Isle.
The outside is now almost complete. Inside it is ready for fit-out works. Going to be a lovely big house on a big plot.
