Painting of plastisol cladding, carefully planned and safely executed in a highly sensitive area.

All surfaces were thoroughly pressure washed, degreased, treated with a biocide wash and coated with a high-performance plastisol paint.

Sticking to a tight timescale was critical to ensure the yard was ready for the grand opening of our clientโ€™s new branch. Another big push from our fantastic team and another delighted client.

We are also pleased to announce that, as part of our core commitment to the continuous development of our staff, our team of spray painters are now ICATS certified โ€“ a recognised UK qualification in industrial painting, confirming a high level of competency in surface preparation, coating application and working to industry specifications.

Extensive preparation and specialist materials used throughout.

All surfaces thoroughly degreased, pressure washed and treated with a biocide wash.

Galvanised steel treated with phosphoric acid.

All ferrous metal surfaces mechanically prepared to St 2 standard, primed and finished with a high-performance C5 system.

CBPB roof boards thoroughly prepared, stabilised and topcoated to match the structural steel.

Steel plates coated with a heavy-duty epoxy system for high traffic areas.

Walls finished with a high-performance anti-mould & anti-bacterial coating.
