Designer Metal - Suffolk Ltd Designer Metal specialises in the installation and fabrication of metal estate fencing. All manufactured by us in our workshops in Suffolk, UK.

We also supply tree guards, gates, posts and tools for self installation. Designer Metal is based in Elmsett in Suffolk. Started in the nineties, by Xavier Cooper, it originally offered bespoke iron work projects to private clients. Since then it has become one of the main providers of country iron work in the UK specialising in Estate Fencing & Iron Tree Guards. Every year we install many miles o

f Iron Estate Fencing & associated gates all of which is manufactured by us in our workshops in Suffolk.

Designer Metal are respecting the COVID-19 lockdown. We will try to answer phone calls between 9am and 11am - messages and emails will be responded to within 24hrs.

While our pallet couriers are still operating we will endeavour to dispatch stock items for safe non-contact deliveries. We are also happy to arrange the “safe non-contact” collection of goods. Wishing you all well and good health.

First time out Fencing in earnest this year. We have done a couple of smaller jobs but weather has made it hard to get out. Really enjoyed this 270m , style 2 , Estate Fencing installation just outside Harwich. Its being painted today and will have taken us 3 days in total .
