Concrete canopy, had collapsed taken the supporting concrete lintel with it, so we had to put in a new concrete lintel and purpose make a new wooden canopy photos are from start to finish.

Job completed a few months ago. Customer didn’t want a garden full of slabs and wanted to add a more of a Garden feel due to not getting much sunlight in the garden. I suggested it was a good idea to put artificial grass in with a nice border, adding some curves, so everything wasn’t square and also still keeping some of the patio area in to make a pathway and seating area also adding some flowerbeds out of sleepers.

Loft latch access made easier from pushing it up into the loft to fitting latches and a camlock, so you can unlock it and pull it down to gain access to a loft ladder
