Ceiling and walls damaged from a leaking shower.

- Plasterboards still fixed so didnt need replacing.
- Raked out the cracks, Filled, sanded, second filled, Sanded.
- Stain stopped the whole ceiling with Zinsser BIN stain sealer and stain kill.
- 2x Coats of white Covertex and its back to looking perfect 👍

Wall upstairs was damaged by the shower valve, and the ceiling was patched in over a year ago but never painted.

- Wall cracks repaired, Painted 3x coats.
- Ceiling, sanded flat, mist coated, Filled, sanded, painted, second filled, painted with two final coats including coving.

*Whilst at his house, he said his basin sink was draining away really slow, Plunged it for 2 minutes and unblocked it 💪🏻

*He said his lawn mower just stop working, i told him id have a look at it for him. Took it apart, took the blade off and the belt had snapped. £3 for a new one on order 💪🏻

*Shower Repair*

Water was litrally flooding the kitchen ceiling below,

The previous Bathroom fitter had used a 22mm Soldered fitting on old sized 3/4inch pipe and just covered it in solder 🤦‍♂️😂 (It did last 3 years lol)

Whilst Disturbing the tiling and shower area i agreed with the customer to investigate the shower valve aswell whilst we was at it.

*Pipework repaired,
*Plasterboarded
*Siliconed
*Tiles were wickes discontinued so had to find a close match, CTD hillingdon had lots of close matches.
*Re tiled and grouted
Old tiles were 500x300 but were actually 297mm so in 3 tiles i was already 9mm out 😭
Had to work it all out and cut the bottom tiles otherwise the last ones wouldnt have gone in,
*Siliconed again
*Cleaned and re fitted shower screen
*Siliconed the screen in.

Litrally could have re-tiled the whole shower with new tiles quicker but this was a quick repair at lowest cost possible 👍

Porch Fully Refurbished 👀

- 3 Layers of Woodchip removed
- Mist coated
- white Base coat in Crown Covertex emulsion
- 1st Coat of Grey wall colour
- Filled & Caulked
- Second coated
- Second filled a few bits
- third coated
- Wood work undercoated
- Woodwork Satinwood oiled
- Siliconed to New front door.
- Radiator and pipes undercoated and Satinwood.
New Laminate flooring (Howdens V-Groove)
Laminate Beaded
Matching Door bar
Had to Double mitre the beading on the doorframe because i couldnt multi tool the frame and slide the flooring under because there was cables running from the porch inside for Phone line and virgin media, Hense the Double mitres.

Remember im Not a Carpenter i just do what i have to, To get by and aslong as the customer is happy 😊

- Crown Covertex Trade emulsion
- Dulux primer and undercoat
- Dulux Oil based Satinwood

Fully decorated bathroom with 2 Coats of emulsion, Oil based Satinwood on picture rail, Skirtings, Window, Door and Loft hatch.

We had to clean it, Then repair it and then paint it,
The blind was just left shut and never wiped down,

If you wipe things down from moisture it will prevent things like this happening.

Happy New Year 🥳

Heres a Job Completed last year whilst building a house from the ground up with another builder, Monday-Friday.
The Term - "You can't Polish a turd" is Not True, With patience and the right tools and skill, Nothing is impossible.

This was built by someone else on the cheap and then we was asked to paint it.
Second hand regularised Timber & Shuttering ply

Filled, Caulked every single timber where the windows are beaded and trimmed,
Knotting solition, Sanded with 60grit and then 120 grit... And 180 Grit inbetween coats.
Making Second hand 4x2 Smooth to Touch 🙌

Primer Undercoated
Oil based Undercoated
Top Coated in Oil based Satinwood
Ceiling painted 3 times in Crown Covertex
Windows scraped and then cleaned.
(The 80+ year old lady brought a box of chocolates and said the windows havent looked that good in 20 years) 😉

Really enjoyed this job.

Both of us have been flat out all of this year but both doing jobs for other companies that have asked for help so there hasnt been any pictures on our Company page because we simply wont take credit for work that isnt done for our company name.

Bank holiday Friday Gavin and Ryan completed this job for Our company, Turned up at 8, Supplied all materials, ripped the old fence out and replaced with a new one, trimmed the bushes all back for the customer and cleared the rubbish all in a day 👏

Whilst i was re-decorating a bathroom ceiling and doing some odd jobs for a friend.

Both of us have work booked in until December already and we have turned away alot of work this year which i hate doing but we simply dont have the time 😭 We have worked weekends for the last 3 years now and its time for some family time.

Always message and ask us for anything you want doing, if we cant do it i will always recommend someone good and reliable who can help 👍

Hallway Completed from Fresh Plaster a few weekends back on my own.
Ceilings and walls to the top of the stairs Fully decorated.
Woodwork filled, sanded, Primered, Oil based Satinwood.

Last weekend was asked to go back to complete some extra finishing touches.
- Siliconing all the skirtings on the tiled floors
- Siliconing all insides of windows and doors
- Siliconing Belfast kitchen sink in
- Siliconed either side of the staircase

🙌 Mansion Lane Job completed ✅

Fully decorated a 3 bedroom house from fresh plaster with all new woodwork on my own in just weekends and evenings in a total of 21 days not including the extra jobs and 1 day of completing the snagging list 💪🏻
Wasnt every weekend in a row due to 2 fishing matches and spending the weekend with the kids when it was our weekend to have them all whilst still working monday-friday starting and completing our garage and rear extension in Harefield 👍

Granite work tops caulked in and painted
Ceiling was plastered but you will see the prepwork i still had to do as a door and a window either end showed everything!

Hallway and Landing Before and Afters

Alot of prepwork on all bare woodwork, Filling, sanding, Caulking, knotting solution, Priming, Undercoating and Top coating Everything.
Every single door stop moved and Doors swung into each room so had to fill and repair every old hinge hole on each frame top and bottom,
New staircase, New Nawl posts with new Hand rail that is not painted and gling to be holding a glass panel inside.

Mdf cuboard at the top of the stairs, Caulked, Primered and oil coated in satinwood.

Loft hatch and all doors rollered with Oil

🤓 Forget how much prepwork actually happened which is why i like looking back at my pictures
