Hi everyone, we hope you are all safe and well. As you may know we have closed our office and showroom in Ilkley and the office staff are working from home. We have limited engineers on the road following government advice and are prioritising each call that we get, attending to boiler breakdowns and leaks and using the precautions necessary to protect both us and you. We have had advice from our governing body Gas Safe about landlord certificates and that will be posted shortly. Please use our out of office number of 07976 876277 until further notice. Thank you

COVID-19 UPDATE: Following tonight's statement KRM will not be carrying out unnecessary work such as boiler servicing from immediate effect, we will however still be available for boiler breakdowns where customers have no heating and/or hot water, leaks and electrical faults. We are in unknown territory and we are working together with our employees and customers to prioritise jobs accordingly by screening them & ensuring everyone is safe and are abiding by the guidelines set.
