This is the DAX Industries RC800 professional remotely operated Slope Mower. This will power up steep embankment, slopes etc clearing anything in its was from small trees, bushes, nettles, docks, brambles etc all while you stand a safe distance away.
These are now used by Highways Agency so they can cut verges on busy roads while the operator stand a safe distance away.
Powerful Loncin 452cc engine. Blades underneath are pivoting off a central circle, this allows the blades to bounce off harder items without damage. This was a demonstration mower, that's now been superceded by the RC900 just slightly larger. This one retailed at £6995.
It's just been serviced so ready to go. If your a landscaper it's a life saver. I got a site in Aberdeen that had been vacated for 4 years, imaging the grass growth, then compression in winter over 4 seasons. Usually this job would require Strimmers and I'd estimate it would take you a good 6 hours if not more. This mower completed the job in just under 40 minutes!

This is a fantastic machine that I've owned from new. Serviced every winter and we'll looked after. I've been the only person to ever use it! I've changed the seat from the standard Kubota one with a much more comfortable seat.
She's just done 319hrs of!
There is damage and marks associated with commercial cutting, usually from hitting low tree branches, and of course strapping it securely to my trailer.
This machine has also been upgraded to the professional mulching kit so no need any more to collect grass (saves a fortune on Dump visits!) cutting fortnightly won't leave the council style clumps of grass lying about.
Only reason I'm selling is I've received a neck spinal injury and cannot continue with my grass cutting business. Grab yourself a bargain. I also have the Parts Manual book which you won't get from dealers, and is extremely rare 😊
As well as being serviced every winter, last year we replace all the pulleys and bearings on the cutting deck.
