Two thirds the way through our Kendal project! Just on with finishing off the Oak Deck which is looking real quality 👌🏻 Got some more gravel to lay, Corten steel edging to install and three giant limestone steps to slot into the sloped area of the garden. The end is in sight!

Well on with our new project in Kendal this past week, transforming a new build garden into a stunning external living space. Thanks to Sharpe & Sons for the paving and cobbles and Stable Plant Hire Ltd for their extra shiny micro digger! Few more weeks left on this one including an Oak Deck build, gravel patio and some Corten steel edged beds. Stay tuned!

Satisfying lawn job completed this week 👌🏻 Phase 2 of 3 for this property in Ingleton, following our gravelled area that we installed in January. This job involves scraping away existing gravelled area and digging down to bare soil. Installing a fresh layer of premium top soil from Logs Direct and rolling out the fresh turf.

Before and after of our recently completed Orton job! Driveway, Stone retaining wall with pillar and drainage installed with soakaway. Satisfying job made much harder thanks to the weather.
Driveway was scraped, membraned and a new layer of sub base installed, then finished using stabilising grids supplied by Ibran … nearly 1000 of them!

Wet start to our new job up in Orton this past week! Footings dug for our retaining wall and sub base starting to go down ready for our Ibran gravel grids, just another 200m2 to go!

Before and after of a recent winter job completed in Burton in Kendal. Don’t think we’ve ever been as wet or muddy but got there in the end! Shed base is constructed from sleeper edges, hardcore base and then filled gravel grids to give a solid and stable platform. The sleeper raised beds are concreted in to provide more stability and are also treated for a longer life span.
