We are hiring!

Part-time Accounts Administrator
20 - 25 hours per week

Hours of work: Between 9am - 3pm
5 hours per day - Monday-Friday
Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour

Working within a family run business to assist with day to day administrative tasks: managing daily calls and emails while creating and sending invoices for completed works, as-well as reviewing and reconciling accounts and payments received and processing approved payments to external suppliers when required.

Would suit someone who is able to work on own initiative whilst managing their workload to prioritise customer service.

Sage accounting system and excel knowledge would be ideal.

The role would include Installation and Maintenance of Fire & Security alarms and Also CCTV systems and Nurse call

-Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with occasional call out
-Pay Rate Dependent on Experience
-Company Van and Phone
-28 Days Holiday (including bank holidays)
