I was called out to this customer after their car key had suffered water damage, leaving the central locking no longer working from the remote.

After checking everything over, I supplied and programmed a brand-new replacement key, restoring the remote central locking and getting everything working exactly as it should again. 👌

🔑 KEY NOT WORKING? FAULT DIAGNOSED & CUSTOMER SORTED! 🚗

I was called out to this Ford after the customer was having problems with their key not working correctly.

After carrying out some diagnostics, I found that the key wasn’t actually the problem — the vehicle had a faulty battery. 🔋

Once the battery issue was sorted, the original key was back working as it should. The customer decided they still wanted the extra peace of mind of having a spare, so I supplied and programmed a brand-new smart key.

✅ Vehicle fault diagnosed
✅ Battery issue identified and sorted

✅ New smart key supplied & programmed

I was called out to this van after the customer found themselves in an all keys lost situation with no working key for the vehicle.

Once on site, I got to work:

✅ Decoded the vehicle lock
✅ Cut a brand-new key to suit the vehicle
✅ Programmed the new key
✅ Fully tested and working
✅ Customer back on the road 🚐💨

I was called out to this Audi S3 after the customer found themselves in an all keys lost situation with no way of getting the car going.

I supplied and programmed a brand-new genuine key from the main dealer and, for extra security, deleted all of the old keys from the vehicle’s system. This means that if the missing key had fallen into the wrong hands, it could no longer be used to start the vehicle. 🔐

This customer noticed their Nissan key was badly worn and starting to crack, and was worried it was going to snap.

They got in touch, and I was out the very next day to cut and program a fresh key before the original failed.
