I’m honestly so impressed with the work Jason did!! Our tiles were looking pretty rough, but he managed to bring them back to life in just a single day. Jason was professional, efficient, and the result is way better than I expected. Highly recommend!!

We had inherited a badly stained and tired looking floor in our utility and shower room. Contacted Tile Doctor and Jason got back within a few hours with recommended products and a very reasonable quote for the work. He quickly identified what type of floor - we thought it was black slate, but it was black limestone! He explained what was needed and did a great job - the floor looks great. Gave clear advice for taking care of the floor. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

In 2022 we moved into our house after doing a 14 month renovation. We used terrazzo in 3 different areas in the house, one of which was a predominantly black natural terrazzo tile. Unfortunately, I used the wrong cleaning product on these tiles, and over the last year or so, they had become badly stained, to the point where I just had to get them restored. In steps Jason, who absolutely transformed the tiles back to, and I might even argue, beyond, their original beauty. We are thrilled with the results and would employ Jason's services again in a heartbeat.

The original tiled hallway floor at this Victorian house in Plumstead, London SE18 was in a sorry state. There had been some tile repairs done in the past, but no effort had been made to match the tiles or pattern. The only saving was that despite lots of broken and loose tiles the underlying base was still in good condition.

We need to have the grout in our new extension re-coloured because the tiling contractor got it wrong, and also change the colour in a steam room because we didn't fancy the finished tile job.

Jason arrived when he said he would, and put in a lot of hard work to sort out a considerable problem left by our tiling contractor. Before starting the job, he paid a few visits to do trial samples to make sure the grout colouring was the exact match we wanted.

We found both Jason and his work to be reliable, and more than met our expectations. Great, reliable and friendly chap, and very easy to deal with. We would recommend without hesitation, and Jason would be our first port of call to sort out any issues that arise in the future.
