Explosion Blue Quartzite, leathered.

Layers of blue-grey, ivory and subtle violet tones flow through this remarkable quartzite, creating a pattern that feels more like a landscape painting than a piece of stone.

The lavender hues are reminiscent of the colours that have driven the popularity of marbles such as Calacatta Viola and Viola Monet in recent years, but here they appear within a genuine quartzite structure.

The leathered finish brings the geology to life, highlighting the movement, texture and detail that make every slab unique.

Explosion Blue

Not every stone needs to be subtle. This one has real presence. Strong movement running through the slab with layers of blue grey, charcoal, cream and warm gold tones. Natural patterning that gives it energy and depth without looking forced.

The leathered finish gives it a soft texture and a more understated look than polished, while bringing out the detail in the surface. It feels natural, current and high end.

Works especially well on islands, feature areas and larger spaces where the movement can be appreciated properly.
