Trainee update... Angus has been learning very quickly and now has several of his own contracts. He still shadows us on a few select large all year gardens reinforcing his skills, but his plant ID in both Latin and common names is scarily good, I wish I had been able to learn them so quick!!!

Thank you to all our current clients who have supported us through lockdown, much appreciated. We are a family run business who have just taken on our latest family member to join our small team, who is being being trained up to reflect the high standards for which we are known. Just a reminder we specialise in on going contracts although we will do our best to accommodate one offs if we have space.

Today we did a bit of leaf clearing off the driveway and lawn followed by a lot of mowing and a bit of strimming. Pruned and shaped a Laurel shrub, repotted a topiary box, planted some Cyclamen, edged and did some weeding.

This mornings tasks were mowing followed by shaping the Yew pillars, again the new ladder dealt with the tricky uneven ground by the pond.
This afternoon we pruned the summer raspberries and removed the suckers. Weeded various beds and borders, deadheaded the roses and dahlias, and finished up tidying up an out of control climbing rose.
