Job Title: Shopping Centre Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shopping Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy retail centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who can drive performance, enhance customer experience, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the shopping centre
• Lead and support on-site staff, contractors, and service providers
• Build strong relationships with tenants and ensure excellent occupier satisfaction
• Manage budgets, service charge expenditure, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalated issues professionally
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security

About You
• Previous experience in retail, facilities, or property management (shopping centre experience desirable)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Financially literate with budget management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
